Thermal insulation through the installation of our jackets helps to conserve heat and thus reduces the operation costs of equipment by making it more efficient. They can come as flat pad or formed shapes depending on the requirements and can be implemented across a large list of sectors.
Reducing noise pollution through what is known as ‘acoustic insulation’ is crucial for creating a healthier, safer and an overall better working environment. Our acoustic jackets are especially useful in gas plants were variations in gas flow rates can cause pipe vibrations. This can then result in the noise levels being over the accepted health and safety limits. This can also be relevant in areas containing large plant and equipment, generating unacceptable noise levels.
Winterisation jackets provide frost protection with optional integrated trace heating. Trace heating maintains a background temperature and can be integrated within acoustic or standard insulation equipment such as transmitters and controllers to prevent freezing.
Our insulation covers can be used on high temperature applications, including:

Equally, they can be used for winterisation on process equipment, which helps to stop freezing temperatures causing breaks and leaks by preventing ice build up.
They also help to detect a variety of acid and alkaline leaks, making them a critical component for safety.

of hazards, such as parts coming loose or sharp edges, and also helps to maximise insulation.
● Additionally, all of our jackets are made with a durable outer cloth that is both oil and weather resistant. Therefore, not only are our bespoke jackets designed to fit perfectly, but they are also highly durable and are designed to last for years.
● Jacket fastenings, including turn buttons, velcro hooks and loop tape help to ensure that a fast removal is possible in the case that repair or maintenance needs to be carried out.
● Specific labels can also be provided if required for reasons pertaining to inspection, traceability or maintenance.
● We also offer the option of fully sealing the insulation for purposes such as avoiding contamination and protecting personnel.
